1. Who we are
istanbulhagiasophiatickets.com is operated by Cityberry Tourism Agency, a travel agency registered in Türkiye and a member of TÜRSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies), registered licence number 11745. Our registered location is Istanbul, Türkiye. By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. What this site sells
This site is a booking service for Hagia Sophia visitor products — admission tickets, guided tours and related museum tickets. We are not the attraction's operator and this is not the official website of Hagia Sophia. Tickets sold here are official Istanbul.com inventory resold by Cityberry Tourism Agency as an authorized, TÜRSAB-licensed seller. We act both as a direct provider of our own services and, for supplier-operated products, as a booking agent for those suppliers. We do not provide accommodation or travel insurance.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for every guest on the booking.
4. Tickets and pricing
Prices shown on this site are final and include all applicable fees and taxes. The price at checkout always equals the advertised price — there are no hidden charges. Prices are shown in EUR and are synchronized with live inventory; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any bank, card-issuer or foreign-transaction fees your provider may charge.
5. Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Payments are handled on this site by Stripe, our payment service provider; your card details are entered on Stripe's secure systems and are never stored by us. After successful payment you receive a booking confirmation and your ticket by email, delivered digitally as a mobile ticket. Present the ticket on your phone at the visitor entrance — no printing is required. Your ticket is valid only for the product, date and number of guests stated on it. Entry to the venue remains subject to the attraction's own rules (security screening, dress code, prayer-time pauses).
6. Cancellation and refunds
Tickets can be cancelled free of charge for a full refund at any time before the day of your visit; from the start of the visit day the ticket has been issued and can no longer be cancelled or refunded. The full conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in the cancellation terms shown for your product at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
7. Liability
We are responsible for delivering a valid ticket for the product you ordered. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not the operator of Hagia Sophia and are not liable for matters under the attraction's or a supplier's control, such as unannounced closures, changed visiting hours, refusal of entry for non-compliance with venue rules, or events of force majeure, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Where the venue is closed at your booked time, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer-protection law.
8. Intellectual property
The content, branding and layout of this site are owned by Cityberry Tourism Agency or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Istanbul.com® is a registered brand of its owner and is used here under authorization as the source of the inventory sold.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and consumer arbitration boards of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
