This website, istanbulhagiasophiatickets.com, is operated by Cityberry Tourism Agency (Istanbul, Türkiye). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this site and buy tickets through it, and how we use that data. We deliberately collect as little as possible.

Data we collect

• Order details — when you book a ticket we collect the information needed to issue and deliver it: your name, your email address, your visit date and the number of guests.
• Payment data — payments are processed by an external payment service provider. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's secure systems and are never stored by us; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.
• Analytics data — when analytics measurement is enabled on this site, we collect aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate location by country, device type) to understand how the site is used.
• Support correspondence — if you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request.

How we use your data

We use your data to fulfil your order (issuing and emailing your mobile ticket), to provide customer support, to process cancellations and refunds, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function, plus analytics measurement where enabled. Analytics data is used in aggregate form to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.

Data sharing

We share data only where needed to deliver the service: with the ticketing supplier that issues your admission (so your ticket is valid at the venue), with the payment service provider that processes your payment, and with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which serves this website. Each of these parties processes data under its own privacy safeguards.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by Turkish tax and consumer-protection law, then deleted. Support correspondence is deleted once your request is resolved, unless we are required to keep it longer.

Your rights (GDPR & KVKK)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to know whether we process your personal data, to request access to it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, to object to processing, and to request that your data be transferred to you or a third party. To exercise any of these rights, email support@istanbulhagiasophiatickets.com — we respond to all requests within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
